Turkey's prime minister said on Monday that Turkey aimed to raise its foreign trade volume to 1 trillion USD by 2023.
LOS CABOS- Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan said there were not any countries in the world which did not purchase Turkish goods and to which Turkey did not export.
"Our aim is to raise our market share in other countries, and raise our exports to 500 million USD, imports to 500 million USD, and overall foreign trade volume to 1 trillion USD by 2023," Erdogan said during Business20, part of the G20 summit, in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Erdogan said Turkey grew 8.5 percent, had a national income of 712 billion USD, and a foreign trade volume of 376 million USD in 2011, and drew attention of the world as a land of stability in the world.
