Turkish businesspeople to make investments in energy sector of Bosnia-Herzegovina

Leading Turkish companies in the energy sector are planning to make investments in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

SARAJEVO- Speaking to the Anadolu Agency (AA) on Friday, Director General of Bosnia-Herzegovina Electricity Company (EPBIH), Edhem Bicakcic said that the Turkish companies decided to invest in Bosnia-Herzegovina after Bosnian Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, Erdal Trhulj paid a visit to Turkey.

The representatives of seven different Turkish companies will come to Bosnia-Herzegovina in either September or October and see opportunities for investments in the energy sector, Bicakcic also said.

Bosnia-Herzegovina has around 1,000 rivers which offer a great potential for renewable energy.
